NOTE: This receiver does have a chip (see pics). I would not recommend using it without sealing that with some kind of glue or epoxy.

How to Check your Frequency Setting

Remove the cover from your wall-mounted transmitter. There will be a few different lights showing your current settings.

  • The light must be illuminated next to 10K.
  • NOTE: If your unit has a mode setting that says “8xx  7xx” (see pic below), then that setting must be set to 8xx. If it is set to 7xx, you will need a 700 series collar instead.
