The solutions to the most common problems we encounter are listed below.
1. Check your system model and frequency to make sure the item is compatible.
Compatibility will always be outlined on the item page.
2. Check other equipment
Once you have determined that you have the correct system and frequency, check the other components of your system. A wire break is a common issue for in-ground fence systems.
3. Check battery
Make sure you are using a new battery and that it is the correct type and inserted correctly.
With Invisible Fence compatible batteries sometimes the little metal wings get pushed in and just need to carefully be bent back outward slightly.
4. Pair devices (remote trainers only)
When buying a component for a remote trainer, the new part will need to be paired with your other component before it will work. Instructions for pairing your specific model can be found in your manual or on the manufacturers website.

Returns

1. Timeframe for Returns:
- You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition received, unused, and with all accessories.
- We record all item serial numbers and verify them upon receipt, so please make sure to return the exact item received.
3. Initiation of Return:
- To initiate a return, please use the contact link at the top of the page and give a brief description of the reason for return.
4. Free Return Shipping:
- We believe in providing you with a seamless return experience. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free return shipping.
- Upon initiating a return, you will receive a prepaid return label via email, which you can use to send the item back to us at no cost to you.
5. Return Process:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Affix the provided prepaid return label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup if available in your area.
6. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
