Troubleshooting Tips

Every item we sell is fully tested prior to shipment. If you’re experiencing an issue, the steps below resolve the majority of problems we see.

  1. Confirm compatibility (model and frequency)
    Compatibility is always listed on the product page.
  2. Check the rest of your system
    After confirming compatibility, inspect other components. For in-ground fence systems, a wire break is a very common issue.
  3. Verify the battery
    Use a brand-new battery of the correct type and confirm it is inserted correctly.
    For some Invisible Fence compatible batteries, the small metal contact tabs can get pushed inward. Gently bend them outward slightly to restore contact.
  4. Pair devices (remote trainers only)
    Replacement components for remote trainers must be paired before they will function. Pairing instructions are available in the owner’s manual or on the manufacturer’s website.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Orders ship next business day. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been processed.

Q. What shipping service do you use?

A. We ship via USPS. At checkout you can choose between USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days).

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Sales tax is collected on Idaho orders. Most out-of-state orders will not have tax added at checkout. If tax does apply, it will be shown at checkout.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We stand behind everything we sell with a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, return it and we’ll cover return shipping. For standard Ground Advantage orders, your original shipping charge will also be refunded. If you selected Priority Mail at checkout, the original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error — defective claims are assessed upon return inspection.
