Returns Policy

1. Timeframe for Returns:

  • You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all included accessories.
  • We record all item serial numbers and verify them upon receipt, so please make sure to return the exact item received.

3. Initiation of Return:

  • To start a return or refund request, click Track Order, enter your order number and billing email, then select Request a refund and submit the form.
  • If you cannot access your order using the Track Order, use the Contact page and include your order number and the email used at checkout.

4. Free Return Shipping:

  • We believe in providing you with a seamless return experience. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free return shipping.
  • For orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, your original shipping charge is refunded in full along with the item price.
  • If you selected USPS Priority Mail, the original shipping charge is non-refundable for buyer’s remorse or compatibility returns. If we made an error or the item is defective — determined by us upon inspection — your shipping will be refunded.

5. Return Process:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Affix the provided prepaid return label to the package.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup if available in your area.

6. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
