1. Check your system model and frequency to make sure the item is compatible.

Compatibility will always be outlined on the item page.

2. Check other equipment

Once you have determined that you have the correct system and frequency, check the other components of your system. A wire break is a common issue for in-ground fence systems.

3. Check battery

Make sure you are using a new battery and that it is the correct type and inserted correctly.

With Invisible Fence compatible batteries sometimes the little metal wings get pushed in and just need to carefully be bent back outward slightly.

4. Pair devices (remote trainers only)

When buying a component for a remote trainer, the new part will need to be paired with your other component before it will work. Instructions for pairing your specific model can be found in your manual or on the manufacturers website.

A. We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. Boundary wire rolls are shipped USPS Priority mail (flat rate).


Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Idaho. If you live in another state, you won’t be charged sales tax at checkout.

Q. What is the appropriate contact probe length for my dog’s receiver collar?

A. The ideal probe length depends on your dog’s fur. Short probes are usually sufficient for dogs with short coats. For dogs with long or thick fur, longer probes may be more effective. You can also trim the hair on your dog’s neck to ensure consistent contact.


Q. My Invisible Fence collar is identical to the one listed for sale, but the description says it’s not compatible with my system. Why?

A. Even if two Invisible Fence brand collars are identical, that does not mean they are programmed the same.
