How to Check your Frequency Setting

Remove the cover from your wall-mounted transmitter. There will be a few different lights showing your current settings.

  • The light must be illuminated next to 10K.
  • NOTE: Some units also have a setting for “8xx” or “7xx”. If your unit has this setting it must be set to 8XX. If your unit is set to 7XX, you will need a 700 series collar, as even though you have an 800 Series system your transmitter is set to work with 700 series collars.
