1. Select Probe Length

Select the appropriate contact probe length based on your dog’s coat length and thickness.

2. Select your System

3. Select your Frequency

700 Series Systems:

Remove the cover from your wall-mounted transmitter. There will be a small black switch set to either 7K or 10K

 

800 Series Systems:

Remove the cover from your wall-mounted transmitter.

There will be a few different lights. One of them will say either 7K or 10K.

NOTE: Some units have an “8xx” or “7xx” setting as well. Your unit must be set to 8XX. If it is set to 7XX, you will need a 700 series collar, as even though you have an 800 Series system it is actually operating as 700 Series.

If, however we are out of stock of your specific model or frequency, you could bring any of these collars to your local dealer for reprogramming. All of these collars can be reprogrammed to either 700 or 800 series compatibility and 7K or 10K frequency.
